- Ensure accurate stock merchandise and management (stock ageing, stock loss, space management) within the shop.
- Ensure proper and attractive layout and display of the products in the window.
- Prepare the replenishment order ahead of time to keep a minimum stock in the shop.
- Record and report the daily sales, and prepare monthly reports on sales and stock ageing
- Oversee cash transaction entry and management
- Monitor and continuously seek to understand commercial environment, local trading patterns, competitor activity and market trends and their impact on shop.
- Monitor and handle customer complaints and take corrective action in line with the company policy.
- Actively seek ways to achieve or exceed shop sales targets.
- Monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations.
- Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
